Part E. By-Law Amendments
Section 1.
The By-Laws may be altered, amended or repealed and new By-Laws adopted by a vote
of two thirds of the Board of Directors. At least ten days written notice shall be given to
the directors of the intention to alter, amend, repeal or adopt new By-Laws at a Regular
or Special Meeting. The notice shall identify the specific By-Law and/or By-Laws to be
changed and shall specify the changes sought to be made. Such action may then be taken
by a vote of two-thirds of the Board of Directors.
Section 2.
To the extent that any person’s rights, privileges and obligations need to be determined,
after the last amendment to the By-Laws are made, reference may be made to the
previous By-Laws in effect prior to the said amendment.
